When the book first started yorrisian was in the hospital bed. He was lying there talking about how it felt being in a hospital than in war. He was afarid to go back into the war. Yorrisian was coming up with lies trying to stay in the hospital. I mean who wouldn't want to stay in the hospital instead of catching a bullet.
When Yossrian finally got out of the hospital he went to his bunker. He started a conversation with one of his friends or bunk buddy. The conversation was about apple cheeks. His friend ate crab apples aand horse chest nuts. Yossrian asked why in the hell would you want big cheeeks. His Friend answered I always wanted them.
Yossrian has one person that thinks yossrian a fruit cake. His name is Dunbar. he hates Yossrians stinking guts. Yosssrian thinks everybody is trying to kill him. Dunbar says this a war everybody is trying to kill everybody you nut ball. Thats why Dunbar hates him and cannot stand Yossrian.
Dr. Stuubs and Dunbar started talking about the war. Dr. Stubbs said at one time he loved to save the lives on soilders. Now the war is turning into a big mishap. Stubbs think that saving lives is a waste of time. Dunbar said Yossrian claims everbody is crazy over this war. Stubbs replied Yossrian may be the only sane one left.

Chapter 9: Major Major said this quote. I believe the quote was saying if anybody have any problems be don't be scared to tell me. He might of told people that but some people were probably scared on the inside. I believe those scared in the inside wanted to stand their ground in the middle of a World War. They did not want there feelings to show that what the quote means to me.
Chapter 10: Dr. Stubbs was talking to Dunbar when this quote came up. Stubbs at once loved to save peoples lives. He knows this war is getting out of line. Yossrian and other pilots are going on sucide missions that may kill alot of people. I feel that the is saying the hell with this war I want to go home. Dr. Stubbs said yossrian to him is the only sane person left around him.

1. I think it is a smart at the same time dumb thing. In America they say it's a free country to me it is and is not. If America decides to go pick a fight with some we have to serve our country or go to jail. When they picked that fight we had nothing to do with it. I do understand that are the most powreful and suceeful country in the universe but we are the most ignorant. We are fighting a war in Iraq when there is a war here in our own streets, country, and cities. So what I say to Yossirian do what you have to do.
2. Everyone has the chance to say no. Like everyone that has a chance to go to school and become somebody other than an idiot. We all decide our fate and where we will be ten long years from now. I do agree with Heller's statement. We all can say no like you can say no to drugs that your onw decision. Like my grandfather says every bird must leave thier nest as will you some day.
3. To tell you the truth I like this mans style. I mean it could change a little, but its just right. You see Yossrian to me doesn't want to fight in a war that he didn't cause. He believe that everyone is set out to kill him. But what he doesn't know is everyone si trying to kill each other. But this is a good book to read. I'm glad that Mr. Doyle introduced us to this book.

1. Orr and Yossrian conversation was about Orr eating crap apples and horse chestnuts. Orr claimed he eat these items to get big cheeks. Yossrian and Cleninger conversation was over different people trying to kill Yossrian. Cleninger was trying to tell Yosrian people are trying to kill everbody not just you this is a war. In the conversation with Orr the big cheeks discussion was resolved. In the conversation with Cleninger the only thing that was resolved that everyone who knew Yossrian the assyrian they thought he was crazy. I think that Orr is a good friend and war buddy of Yossrian. I think that Cleninger is an enemy and Yossrian worst nightmare.
2. I think what Colonel Cargill meant was that men from the other countrie sare hear to try to kill you and win this war. You see like in the streets of America its " every man for themselves" I believe its the same way in a war. Other soilders arent there to entertain you. They won't to kill you so when the war is over they can go home and see there families. They don't care if you live to see the next Christmas. That is what I think the theature of war meant.

Paradox- To me paradox means a true statement that leads to a situation or it could be the opposite to an situation. To me either way it goes paradox could be good or bad.
Catch22- is an story or literature written by Joesph Heller it was first publish in 1961. I read that this story dates back to World War 2 (WWII).
Joesph Heller was an author whom wrote the novel Catch 22. Heller was born in 1923 and passed away in 1999. Catch 22 was about servicemen during WWII. Heller was known as one of the best WWII satirist. Heller was known as a middle class person whose book is still publish and sold today.
The general paradox of Paradox and Dreams is that truely we wre restless Americans. We do have dissastified wants, need, and some people do have alot of ignorance going aroun in the U.S.
We spend our time in other countries affairs. While there is a war going on in our own country. What I mean is the igornance, love and hate crimes, same sex marriage, mortgages rate, and our economy. I think that this essay make alot of sense. There will never be peace in America or the world.
